At Aspiga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Complete the Return Form
Locate the returns form included in your original parcel and clearly mark the items you are returning and the reason for the return.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Aspiga tags still attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.
Generate Shipping Label
Visit our online returns portal to download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
